Please note: 3-4 night minimum stay in July and August. Check-in time is 4 p.m. & check-out time is 10 a.m.
Two-night minimum stay is required during the off-season, with a night minimum stay on long weekends. Check-in time is 4 p.m. & check-out time is 11 a.m.
Early check-ins / late check-outs may be available upon request.

Cleaning Fee

$100 per stay.

Additional Guest Fees:
$120 extra per person/week or $30 extra per person/day for adults and teens age 12 and older.
Children aged 3 to 11 are $60/wk or $15 extra per child/day
Children UNDER 2 stay free.

Pet Fees:

$15 per pet per night

A deposit payment of 1/2 rent is required when you make your booking. Balance of payment is due six weeks prior to check-in.

Payment will be divided into three equal payments when booking more than four months prior; 1/3 payable on booking, 1/3 payable three months prior, and the final 1/3 payable six weeks prior.

Payment accepted: Interac e-transfers, direct deposit at any BMO branch, and PayPal for credit card payments. Kindly note that a 5 percent service charge is applicable for payments via PayPal.
